If your exhibition or conference requires attendee registrations PC HIRE can provide not only the necessary hardware equipment but can also organise the registrations as well. We can provide tried and trusted software and personnel to manage this function using the latest magnetic stripe technology and/or bar code scanners. Names and addresses of visitors can be collated and attendees can be tracked to individual stands.

If you would like to outsource an event with confidence PC HIRE can provide a complete IT outsource solution. We can set up a complete network including cable installation, workstations and printers. We can configure and manage the server during the event and give 24-hour support if necessary. We have added new services to compliment the above and can attach users to the web via broadband or dial up modems.
